My research interests lie in generating iPSC-derived alveolar type II cells and bud tip progenitor-derived alveolar type II cells. I am also dedicated to exploring the transplantation of airway organoids for successful engraftment in lung injury model mice. Additionally, I am keen on investigating advanced bioengineering approaches to create and optimize 3D culture systems.
Fun Fact: I smuggled two furry friends from China to AA — my cats, Tommie and Pummy
